Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues and execute repairs under supervision
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment safely
- Adhere to all building codes, safety protocols, and company standards
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional appearance
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/on-call
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
