Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to operate and maintain plumbing tools and equipment safely
- Perform basic pipefitting, drainage cleaning, and fixture repairs under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Complete training modules and demonstrate competency in core plumbing skills
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners
- Document work progress and maintain service records accurately
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with clean record required
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte metro area
- Willingness to attend and complete paid training programs
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
