Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in residential/commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to read blueprints and follow plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting for plumbing systems
- Install/repair pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Maintain clean job sites and properly handle plumbing materials
- Document work orders and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid California Driver's License with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
