Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn and apply safety protocols and industry best practices
- Perform diagnostic testing and basic troubleshooting
- Install fixtures, pipes, and drainage systems under supervision
- Maintain clean job sites and customer communication
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification training
- Support emergency service calls as part of on-call rotation
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Florida plumbing certification (company-sponsored)
- Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills
