Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on residential and commercial systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete basic plumbing tasks under supervision (e.g., pipe cutting, fixture replacement)
- Document work performed and maintain accurate service records
- Participate in ongoing training to advance technical knowledge
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth area
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools preferred
