Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems under mentorship
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture issues using modern diagnostic tools
- Assist with pipefitting, drainage systems, and water heater installations
- Adhere to California plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with senior plumbers to troubleshoot complex problems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain California plumbing license within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
