Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer feedback
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain clearing services
- Follow blueprints and building codes to ensure compliance
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and tools
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex projects
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train motivated candidates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing license after training
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
