Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues using digital inspection tools
- Perform drain cleaning, hydro-jetting, and pipe rehabilitation services
- Adhere to Ohio plumbing codes and safety protocols at all job sites
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate inventory of tools/materials
- Collaborate with senior plumbers on complex residential and commercial projects
- Participate in ongoing skills training for new technologies and techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical/vocational training preferred)
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic plumbing knowledge through coursework or hands-on experience
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Columbus metro area
