Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection methods
- Perform pipe fitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes on job sites
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Develop proficiency in reading blueprints and technical schematics
- Provide basic customer service and communicate project progress
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand, climb, and work in various weather conditions
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship requirements
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
