Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture repairs
- Assist with water heater installation and maintenance
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Provide clear communication with homeowners about issues and solutions
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing problems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Complete daily service reports and documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow technical instructions
- Background check and drug screen required
- Washington State plumbing apprentice license preferred (will assist with obtaining)
