- Diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and customer input
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe repairs, fixture installations, and water heater services
- Maintain clean and safe work environments per OSHA standards
- Use digital tools for scheduling, invoicing, and customer communication
- Complete apprenticeship training modules and skill assessments
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain California plumbing license within 12 months
