Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform drain cleaning, pipe fitting, and fixture replacements under supervision
- Conduct diagnostic testing using plumbing cameras and pressure gauges
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and skill assessments
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic tool knowledge (wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior plumbing experience necessary—training provided
