Responsibilities

- Prepare job sites, organize tools, and maintain clean work areas
- Document work orders and communicate with clients professionally
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic mechanical aptitude and tool knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
