Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and fitting assembly under supervision
- Ensure all work adheres to California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and proper tool maintenance
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
- Provide excellent customer service while representing our brand professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with zero tolerance for no-shows
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- California residency required for compliance with state apprenticeship laws
- Positive attitude and commitment to a 12-month training commitment
