Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Learn pipefitting techniques, fixture assembly, and system diagnostics
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes on job sites
- Maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance
- Document work orders and project progress accurately
- Participate in ongoing technical skills training sessions
- Support emergency plumbing calls as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver Metro
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with positive attitude
