Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and fitting using hand and power tools
- Diagnose plumbing issues using inspection cameras and diagnostic equipment
- Install and repair fixtures like faucets, toilets, water heaters, and garbage disposals
- Follow local plumbing codes and safety protocols rigorously
- Maintain clean job sites and properly dispose of materials
- Document work orders and assist with inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous trade experience preferred but not required
