Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Perform preventative maintenance checks for residential and commercial clients
- Adhere to all safety protocols and building codes during service calls
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication with clients
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and service vehicles
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency calls
- Basic hand tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout El Paso County
