Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn pipefitting techniques, drain clearing, fixture repairs, and water heater services
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
- Master plumbing tools and equipment under supervision
- Document work orders and service reports accurately
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification prep
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Arizona plumbing license within 2 years
- Background check and drug screen required
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety standards
