Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Perform pipefitting, drain cleaning, and fixture repairs under supervision
- Conduct basic inspections and diagnostic testing
- Follow safety protocols and building codes
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool inventory
- Complete training modules and skill assessments
- Provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- No experience required – we provide full training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee plumbing license within 12 months
