Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn and apply plumbing codes and safety protocols
- Transport tools and materials to job sites safely
- Perform cleanup and organization of workspaces
- Participate in hands-on technical training sessions
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
- Document work progress and inventory usage
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 12 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites
