We're seeking motivated individuals with mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic. No prior experience required – we'll teach you everything you need to know! Work alongside master plumbers on residential and commercial projects while gaining valuable certifications through our partnership with the Texas State Association of Plumbers.
Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems
- Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Perform safety inspections and ensure compliance with local codes
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment under supervision
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Complete apprenticeship training modules and certification requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hand tool proficiency
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior plumbing experience necessary (training provided)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (will be provided)
