Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial installations
- Learn pipefitting techniques and fixture repairs under supervision
- Perform plumbing system diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Maintain clean and safe job sites following OSHA standards
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Operate power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Participate in 40-hour paid training modules
Qualifications
- No prior plumbing experience required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
