Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Assist with pipefitting, fixture repairs, and drain clearing
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams for project implementation
- Perform safety inspections and maintain clean job sites
- Use specialized tools and equipment per company protocols
- Document work progress and maintain service records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and materials
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain California plumbing certification within 12 months
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Background check and drug screening required
