Responsibilities
- Install and repair residential plumbing systems under supervision
- Perform pipefitting, fixture installation, and drain cleaning
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Assist in emergency plumbing calls and service calls
- Maintain tools and equipment per safety standards
- Complete apprenticeship coursework and certification requirements
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to obtain Virginia plumbing certification
- Reliable transportation to job sites
