Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance under direct supervision
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and techniques
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes for all operations
- Transport tools and materials between job sites efficiently
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
