Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and fitting under supervision
- Learn and apply basic drain cleaning and hydro-jetting techniques
- Support fixture repairs and replacements (faucets, toilets, water heaters)
- Maintain clean job sites and proper tool management
- Participate in ongoing safety and technical training sessions
- Document service reports and assist with inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to safety protocols and best practices
- Willingness to obtain required plumbing certifications
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
