Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using industry-standard tools and techniques
- Perform preventative maintenance on residential and commercial fixtures
- Adhere to all safety regulations and building codes
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces and job sites
- Develop customer service skills through client interactions
- Complete training modules to advance toward certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to complete paid apprenticeship program
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Denver
- Basic tool knowledge (we provide starter kit)
- Pass background check and drug screening
