Responsibilities
- Install/repair residential plumbing systems under supervision (pipes, fixtures, water heaters)
- Perform diagnostic tests using pressure gauges and video inspection tools
- Adhere to building codes and safety protocols during all operations
- Assist in emergency service calls and weekend on-call rotations
- Maintain organized job sites and inventory of tools/materials
- Complete detailed service reports and customer communication logs
- Participate in weekly skills training sessions with master plumbers
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth metro
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
