Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with residential and commercial installation, repair, and maintenance projects.
- Learn to read blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment on every job site.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, saws, and threaders.
- Perform basic diagnostic testing to identify leaks, clogs, and system failures.
- Prepare job sites by gathering materials and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Interact professionally with customers to explain service options and maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in tight or confined spaces.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and calculating material needs.
- Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude toward safety training.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
