Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial piping systems.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic pipefitting, soldering, threading, and pipe cutting under supervision.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and provide exceptional customer service.
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools used in plumbing operations.
- Adhere to all local, state, and national plumbing codes and standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must be willing to obtain a Journeyman Plumber license within a set timeframe (we provide guidance).
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
