We are looking for driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Plumbers. As a Plumber Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in residential and commercial plumbing projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is an immediate hire position with a clear pathway to becoming a journeyman plumber.

Responsibilities
- Assist senior technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply lines, and waste drains.
- Perform routine inspections to identify leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
- Use hand and power tools, pipe cutters, threaders, and bending machines to assemble and cut pipe.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively and professionally with clients.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in tight, confined spaces.
- Strong desire to learn a skilled trade and a willingness to get your hands dirty.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and emergency call-outs.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material needs.
