Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics for plumbing systems
- Operate and maintain hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment
- Perform pipefitting, drainage system servicing, and fixture installations
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards at all job sites
- Document service reports and maintain inventory of materials
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications within 12 months
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
