Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Learn to identify and safely operate various hand and power tools used in the trade.
- Transport materials, equipment, and tools to and from job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Interact professionally with customers and explain simple technical issues clearly.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs provided by the company.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or certification required (on-the-job training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
