Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing work areas, laying out materials, and preparing sites for installation.
- Tool Maintenance: Keep all tools and equipment clean, organized, and in safe working condition.
- Assistance: Support senior technicians with basic tasks, including cutting, threading, and soldering pipes under supervision.
- Inspection: Help identify leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues and report findings to the lead technician.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, ensuring job sites remain clean and presentable.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Must possess a valid, clean driver's license.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Work Ethic: Strong reliability, punctuality, and a genuine desire to learn the trade.
- Communication: Basic reading and verbal communication skills to understand technical instructions.
