Responsibilities
- Assist Journeyman Plumbers: Learn to perform basic plumbing tasks under the supervision of experienced professionals, including fixture installations and repairs.
- Tool Management: Maintain, clean, and organize plumbing tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Site Preparation: Prepare job sites by clearing debris, measuring, and cutting materials accurately.
- Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional manner, answer basic questions, and maintain a clean work area.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Learning & Development: Actively participate in training sessions to master plumbing codes, blueprints, and techniques.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with zero prior plumbing experience who possess a strong willingness to learn.
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for travel to job sites.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfort with basic arithmetic for measuring and calculating material needs.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
