Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance tasks
- Learn pipefitting techniques for residential and commercial systems
- Perform drain cleaning and fixture troubleshooting under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and OSHA standards on job sites
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train the right candidates!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain Texas plumbing license within 12 months
- Background check and drug test required
