Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform diagnostic assessments for plumbing systems
- Install pipes, fixtures, and water treatment systems
- Ensure compliance with Texas plumbing codes and safety standards
- Maintain clean job sites and customer communication
- Complete service reports and inventory management
- Participate in weekend emergency call rotation (rotational)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Basic hand/power tool experience
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain plumbing certification within 6 months
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No prior experience required (training provided)
