Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in installation, repair, and maintenance of residential plumbing systems
- Perform routine inspections and diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools
- Install and repair water heaters, faucets, pipes, and drainage systems
- Maintain clean and organized job sites while adhering to safety protocols
- Complete work orders and documentation accurately and efficiently
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance technical skills
- Provide excellent customer service and represent our brand professionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (trade school certificate preferred)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license with clean record
- Basic plumbing knowledge or willingness to complete paid training
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Charlotte
