Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Learn to diagnose plumbing issues using diagnostic tools and inspection techniques
- Install and maintain pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Complete documentation and service reports accurately and efficiently
- Participate in ongoing skills development and certification programs
- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in confined spaces, and tolerate heights
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and emergency calls
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
