Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems
- Learn to read blueprints and technical specifications
- Perform routine inspections and identify plumbing issues
- Operate and maintain plumbing tools safely
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Maintain clean and organized work sites
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required – we train from the ground up!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
