Responsibilities
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Learn diagnostic techniques for pipe systems, fixtures, and water heaters
- Perform basic repairs under supervision (faucets, drains, toilets)
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in paid training programs for certifications
- Use hand tools and power equipment safely
- Complete apprenticeship coursework as required
Qualifications
- No plumbing experience required - paid training provided
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Pass background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
