Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems under supervision
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Read blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere to safety protocols and building codes
- Assist with pipefitting, fixture replacement, and drain cleaning
- Document work orders and maintain inventory
- Participate in on-call rotational duty as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Texas plumbing apprentice license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic hand tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications
