Responsibilities
- Assist master plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Perform basic pipe fitting, fixture repairs, and drain cleaning under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical instructions
- Use diagnostic tools to identify plumbing issues and assist with solutions
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients
- Complete daily job reports and documentation accurately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions
- Basic hand tool proficiency (wrenches, saws, etc.)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/after emergencies
- No felony convictions (required for service access)
