Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers in diagnosing residential and commercial plumbing issues
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and water systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks
- Follow safety protocols and building codes rigorously
- Use hand/power tools and diagnostic equipment effectively
- Document work orders and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis
- Willingness to complete company-sponsored apprenticeship
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not mandatory
