Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of piping systems.
- Use hand and power tools, including pipe wrenches, soldering torches, and threaders, safely and correctly.
- Ensure all work meets local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with customers to explain issues and provide estimates.
- Assist senior plumbers with complex installations and emergency repairs.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome applicants with little to no background in plumbing.
- Valid Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), work in tight spaces, and stand for long periods.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with measurements, fractions, and calculations.
- Team Player: Willingness to learn from senior staff and collaborate with the team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the trade.
