Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe failures.
- Install and maintain plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and piping systems according to local codes.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and maintaining a clean job site.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain a valid Michigan State Plumbing License (apprentice or journeyman).
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in confined spaces.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read measurements.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
