Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Transport materials and tools to and from job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and diagrams.
- Perform basic pipe cutting, threading, and soldering under strict supervision.
- Inspect plumbing systems to ensure compliance with local building codes.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required. Trade school or apprenticeship is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in tight spaces or outdoor elements.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications (we will provide guidance).
