Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Locate and diagnose leaks, clogs, or other issues using visual inspection and basic testing tools.
- Perform pipe cutting, threading, and bending to fit specific system requirements.
- Ensure all work is completed according to local building codes and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers, explaining necessary repairs and providing clear estimates.
- Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site at all times.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to learn advanced techniques and problem-solving strategies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (trade school experience is a plus).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods on job sites.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and access tight spaces like crawl spaces/basements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of mathematics for measuring and cutting materials.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
