Responsibilities
- Assist senior plumbers with the installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and commercial plumbing systems.
- Perform basic tasks such as unclogging drains, fixing minor leaks, and soldering pipes under supervision.
- Transport materials and equipment to and from job sites efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Interact with customers professionally, answering questions and providing updates on service status.
- Learn to read blueprints and understand local plumbing codes and regulations.
- Assist in trenching and excavation work as required for new installations.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Basic math skills are necessary for measuring and cutting materials.
- Strong desire to learn the trade and a positive work attitude.
- No prior plumbing experience is required; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
