Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of water supply, waste, and venting systems.
- Locate and diagnose complex plumbing issues using hand and power tools.
- Perform pipefitting, soldering, welding, and threading as required by project specifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Interact professionally with customers and provide accurate estimates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 75 lbs) and work in tight spaces or various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to obtain required state certifications.
